"It was a really nice hotel and experience. Bed was uber comfortable, noise level low. The corridor did have a slight carpet smell. Would advice that maybe something be done about it but inside the room and else where was great. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was excellent, would not mind if they were syrup options at the coffee machine for some extra variety and touch. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "

"Easy to find and get to and had parking. Hotel was lovely and clean and staff were very helpful and polite and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and spacious and had air conditioning, was a little disappointed couldn't open a window but still room was lovely. Little disappointed that it was 2single mattresses put together as made it very uncomfortable to sleep but managed to get some sleep. "This was just a 1-night stay before catching a flight in the morning. Nice and easy walk from train to hotel and from hotel to airport. Hotel offers breakfast at a charge, but we had to leave at 4:30 am so ate later. Good room - very, very small, but comfortable bed and great a/c. Check in & Check out staff were very friendly!"

"We had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up. Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs. "The property was fine for what we needed it for, a one night stay before the London Marathon. It needs some repairs and has some sections in the bathroom and kitchen held filled with exposed expanding foam. The floor is coming up in the kitchen in one corner. Overall it does the job but isn’t in the best condition. "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
