"This review is specifically for Simon, Por and the other staff at Concierge that I unfortunately don't remember their names - only thier faces. This group of employees is very important as the first face of Chatrium - welcoming me and making me feel at home during my stay. Turning on the sauna 1 hour before, sending out laundry, helping with luggage and suggestions - and most importantly being a warm and smiling face to say hello to."
