"It was a great place to stay "

"The only problem we had was our room was not ready when we arrived. It was 2 hours late for availability and we were not able to put our stuff in the room. No carts were available and no idea when room would be ready. Check in was 4PM and we got our room after 6PM. The staff was very overwhelmed and most gracious. They gave us a 2 hour late departure, which was very wonderful and we did not have to hurry in the morning and the kids were able to swim again. Loved the Condo"

"My stay at Riverwalk Plaza was great. My stay was for an Aquatica/Seaworld weekend. Both theme parks were conveniently 20 minutes away(I am aware closer stays are available but prioritized staying on/by the riverwalk). River walk access was across the street from Riverwalk Plaza which was also very convenient for dining and winding down. Hotel had reliable valet & great amenities as well. Overall, a great stay for a family friendly weekend visit. "

"This hotel is in a great location on the Riverwalk. At check-in, the front desk was very accommodating. We needed to change our room type and we brought a pet. It was no problem at all. We parked in the parking garage across the street which was only $10 day and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. I just have 2 negatives... the cleaning staff should be a little more thorough when cleaning. My husband noticed something under the covering below the bed and it was an old eaten apple core also he found some type of gel pill (perhaps a cold medicine) lying on the floor. But the cleaning staff needs to do a better job when cleaning for the next guests. The toiletries they have for the guests seem really cheap and not quality, Omni should provide better for their guests. (I do bring my own just in case though.) :) I really hate putting this in my review, because I would stay here again and really like the hotel. "

"Definitely one of the coolest hotels around here in this neighborhood. The rooms are very modern with a lot of really cool LED lighting and a lot of charging stations. The staff is very friendly and the free breakfast is absolutely amazing!"
