"Bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. Room and hotel was clean and great ambiance. For what we paid (1500+ for two nights), we were disappointed. It was a small room, low ceilings, no view, no balcony. We didn’t receive turn down service first night, even though we told the person we were leaving in 5 minutes. She just handed us two chocolates. No bike rentals, no pool, no hottub, restaurant was closed for both days, breakfast was not included and cost an extra $45/pp. We don’t mind...

"This was our first visit to Quebec City. Hotel Du Vieux Quebec is strategically located for walking to most areas of interest. The hotel was reasonably priced, very clean and well equipped, with a very friendly Staff. We stayed three nights, and have nothing bad to say. A great experience. The next time we visit Quebec City we will most like sty here. Plenty of parking garages nearby as well (we drove from Maine)"

"The location was great - it right in the middle of Quebec City. The hotel was very clean. The disappointment was: my wife wasn't feeling well and we had to leave a day early - we were charged the full amount for the amount and then charged for the breakfast the next day (which we didn't use)."

"Our stay at the property was great! It was very quiet, though very close to all the main areas. It was probably a 3 minute walk to the city center. Right outside the property is an excellent spot to view the sunset! The property was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen where we actually did some cooking during our stay. Communication was great even though there is no front desk, our requests and inquiries were answered. Overall, a great experience!"

The best part for us was how welcoming they were to our cat. A lot of “pet-friendly” hotels seem to mainly mean dog-friendly, and not every place is comfortable with cats.
