"OMG! This property was beautiful! Not far away from everything. The gentleman at the front reception (Tomaso, I think was his name) was so attentive and knowledgeable. Checked us in right away and booked our cabs for the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent as well! 10/10"

"It took awhile for staff to find our reservation through Expedia, we weren’t sure if it even existed on their end.. It’s about an hour walk to the city center, but bus, bike, taxi options are available. The staff were rude when we struggled to buy smokes from the machine in reception (if you don’t have European ID, good luck!). Our porch light didn’t work in our glamp tent and it wasn’t the best quality but amenities make it worth it- shops, restaurant, pool/jacuzzi, laundry, etc., though it doesn’t seem the pool is open in early September."

"Both Costanza and Simone at the front desk helped us out immensely with our questions and a couple of small things like ice and a fork when requested. The room was nice, quiet and dark when needed. The hotel is in a very historic spot related to Dante - you’ll have to look that one up for yourself. It’s also very conveniently located. Loved it!"
