"The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. "

This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. "This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging my credit card anyway. This was an unfair dispute and an unreasonable charge. Luckily, my credit card company eventually reversed the €50 charge. Please think twice before booking this hotel."
