"This place was not clean, it had dead moths on the bed linen and spiders and webs everywhere!
We had to call to get the key and all they wanted to do was sell the wine!
The wine was nice and the surroundings but that’s it!
There was nobody around to discuss the dirty/dead insects issue and is in the middle of nowhere.
It feels unsafe as the door wouldn’t lock from the inside either.
If for some silly reason you still book….take food as there is nothing there to eat!

This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. We both got amazing massages from Natalie, the staff helped me figure out how to get to Rome after, the rooms were GORGEOUS, the pool was spectacular and got great poolside drinks, and the food/wine was the best!!! "Such a classic Tuscany location. Beautiful old Watermill turned into a hotel so it is very rustic. Cell phone service on the area is not good but WiFi seemed fine. Pools were nice but not too big and not a lot of space to accommodate all guests. Enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were helpful. "

"The gardens are absolutely beautiful with walking paths throughout the property. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The food was very good. The room and bathroom were spacious. Internet access was good and easy. They have a van that will take you to two different drop off locations for you to explore the city and will pick you back up as well.
