"Lovely little hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff at reception and bar were very friendly and helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was a decent size and while the decor is a bit old school, it’s very elegant and tasteful. Very quiet and restful feel to the hotel and the garden at the back is beautiful. Breakfast was also very good for the price paid. "

"We had just checked in when my husband had a nosebleed which went on to complications that led to an emergency hospital admission. The staff had my back all the time, constantly reassuring me and helping with every little detail. They take care of every guest as if they were family. The rooms are very elegant, cozy and comfortable with old world charm but modern conveniences. Breakfast is substantial and fresh. The location can't be beat with bus and train just around the corner, restaurants...

"We checked in late and there was very friendly staff who spoke multiple languages at the reception desk. The room was very nice, bathroom was very spacious for a base double room. The room was very clean the bed was comfortable. The hotel gives off an upper scale vibe. It is located very close to the train terminal and has a vaporetto water taxi for inner city travel is nearby. The Alilaguna water taxi station is only about a 4 minute walk. I would highly recommend this place. "

"The hotel and our room was very clean. The hotel did have a very strong scent which was not unpleasant but just a bit too strong. The bar was well stocked but not free like other hotels we stayed in so we did not utilize it much. The location was excellent as it was not as tourist packed yet still very close to the train station where we got off. "

"Quaint & cozy stay in the quieter area of Venice. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. Close to the train station. Hotel arranged a water taxi (about 5min) upon arrival and a porter to carry our bags on 10 min walk back for departure. Breakfast included. "
