"The customer service of the staff was great. The only thing that I think needs to improve is the cleanliness. I went into the closet to hang up some clothes and it was super dusty. I think they don’t really put much care to it since not everybody uses it. Also, I hung my towel on the bathroom hook and it fell off. Other than that everything was great. "

"Hortel going thru renovations and name change so confusing to find. O breakfast a disappointment. Room is very spacious with comfy beds and quiet so we would stay again if in area."
