"One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . "I was going there for our escape plan vacation with my family. we love nature experience for vacation. After we went to Taman Safari, we chose this hotel for stay 1 night. the neighborhood and scenery is awesome. we love it. however, when we went there we have some trouble with the tv channel. It had some bad connection through all day till we checked out. Internet was very good."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good"
