" A great one stop hotel for family. Pelayanan perfect from the beginning till the end. Receptionist atas nama Alya sangat perfect dan mengerti pekerjaannya dengan baik, pengetahuan mengenai brand sangat excellent, Breakfast staff Mbak Ellisah, sangat attentive dan tau dengan baik guestnya yang menginap lebih dari 1 malam. fasilitas yang sangat terjaga dengan baik dan makanan yang disajikan baik breakfast, stall tenant ataupun room service dengan rasa yang sangat baik. definitely will be back...

"시설이 조금 노후화되었지만, 그것만 제외하면 모두 완벽했습니다.(노후화도 매우 조금) 경치, 환경 모두 정말 좋았고, 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 모두가 웃으며 저희를 도와줬어요. 구능마스의 놀이시설도 가까워요. 보고르 여행을 다시 계획하면, 꼭 이곳을 다시 올거에요."

"Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...

"I wanted to stay here for nostalgic reasons - the Hotel Salak was the only hotel in Bogor when I was growing up in this city in the 1970’s to 1980’s. The hotel shows its age, the furniture is dated. The staff is friendly. The room & bathroom are average."

"Saya pesan kamar non smoking, tp kondisi kamar bau rokok banget, akhirnya minta pindah kamar. Di kamar kedua awalnya tidak bau rokok, tp begitu AC dinyalakan, bau rokok mulai menyengat kembali, sampe akhirnya kami keluar hotel utk dapat udara segar. Sepulang kembali hotel akhirnya kami minta ganti kamar kembali, dan kali ini tidak bau rokok, tetapi bau apek seperti kamar yang jarang dipake, apalagi kamar mandinya. Karena kondisi sudah terlalu malam, dan anak2 sudah mengantuk, akhirnya saya...
