Parking was included just steps from the building and the property was very well maintained. "A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard."

"Friendly, welcoming host upon arrival, ample parking, easy access to ground floor suite. Unfortunately the shower was rather dated and quite small, especially for people that are 6 foot and 6 foot plus. Other than that it was a great place to stay."

Unit was quite cold when we first arrived but by the next day was warm. Also electric blankets on beds. Need those in Dunedin in winter. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again."

"The accomodation here is unlike any backpackers you may have seen or stayed at on your travels.
