"amazing hotel, great room, check out was not the best... would highly suggest some improvements on amenities or payable snacks. when i checked in-there was no cookies, but on second night , cookies were added in the bar and they wrongly counted me having taken 2... its not a nice feeling when you are sure not having taking anything from the bar that the reception keeps asking.. anyway this hotel was amazing again, it would be a pity for some details damaging the wonderful image of it"
