"We had a wonderful stay there! The room was clean and had all the amenities. The view from the room was also great. Also, we want to give our extra thanks to the staff and the customer. They helped us find our lost bank card! We really appreciate it!"

"A central location and friendly staff were the cheer leaders of our stay. Unfortunately we found the room over furnished for the 17m2 available, barely room to unpack. The windows were painted shut, which for a small room was uncomfortable not to have fresh air. The lift did not go to our floor directly which meant a flight of 8 stairs with luggage to get to our tightly packed away room. A pretty hotel."

"A special thank you to the lovely receptionist who greeted us with a cheerful smile every time we came and went. This made us feel very welcome during our stay.
We appreciated receiving a text message to let us know our room was ready and even more impressive was her quick response when I accidentally left some items behind in the room. She phoned me immediately to let me know, which I was so grateful for.
It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable!

"The staff were excellent I went down to reception and said the heating wasn’t working and the phone wasn’t working and by the time I went back to the room about ten minutes they were leaving the room and it was all fixed they were very polite and didn’t hesitate to help thank you so much "
"Can’t say enough good things about Dunedin House - friendly staff, great room and bed, unique decor, and countless thoughtful little touches over the stay. Really impressive. Normally I’m a sucker for always trying somewhere new but I have a need to Dunedin I’ll definitely be returning."
