"The location of this villa was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The home came with a lot of amenities including toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen utensils etc. The only thing missing was a rice cooker which was minor. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 5. The stairs were steep so that's something to keep in mind for families with small children or elderly. "This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "写真でみた印象より部屋はこざっぱりして綺麗で良かったです。ただ二段ベッドの上段の読書灯はコンセントを入れスイッチを入れても点きませんでした。朝食の手作りパンもトーストしたらとても美味しかったです。ハブラシも洗面コーナーにありました。2階にはシャワーとトイレも男女別に各1箇所あります。シャワーのブースにはバスタオルやシャワーキャップ、ボディタオルも置いてありました。場所も富士山駅から徒歩５分ですし、目の前には路線バスのバス停もあります。当日宿泊されている方々が静かだったので、ゆっくり休めました。おすすめです。 "

"Exceeded all expectations. Firstly time at ryokan and by far it's my favorite part of my Japan trip. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. The baths were amazing. Highly recommend. "
