"Wonderful 4 night stay. Was fortunate to be on the 17th floor facing the park and had the good fortune of being able to see Mt Fuji from my window in the morning. Quite a treat. Breakfast was terrific and a shoutout to Fabio who runs the dining room and breakfast and ran an excellent operation made more impressive by the number of guests and volume of food the buffet had to handle. Numa was excellent as well. The hotel is heavily trafficked but an attentive staff makes you feel comfortable...

It was perfect for our family of four — the family room had 4 comfortable beds, a kitchenette and dining table, plenty of space by Tokyo standards, and an excellent bathroom. Having the extra room and setup made our stay especially comfortable. "I expected a picture perfect stay. The only things that were slightly off: 1. mag-safe phone charger wasn’t working (they replaced it) 2. Breakfast was amazing but waiter never asked me if I wanted any juice. 3. The arrangement of the floors is a little wacky. The 41st floor is reception. You take an elevator to higher floors to reach the guest rooms. To get to fitness center you go to 45th floor for entrance and then a side elevator to 47th floor for actual gym/pool. "We have been to Tokyo, shinjuku specifically many times and this hotel has been the best one yet. This is a boutique hotel, with spacious rooms for tokyo standards. You dont even have to bring any toiletries as they provide everything…and more…down to the mouthwash! The lobby is very cute and quaint, and everything in there…you can take. They have a coffee machine, that makes espresso….soda machine….hard liquors, red and white wine, light snacks!! We will definitely be chosing this hotel moving...

"Great stay. It’s located within a prime location in Shinjuku which is very convenient. I was able to walk and get just about everything I needed. Staff was awesome and I miss the breakfast and lunch buffets. There was also a 2nd floor bar and grill which I used just about daily."
