"The elevator situation is terrible. Long lines to get to your room. It seemed like only 3 worked. There was no escalator’s working so you had to wait for elevator or take stairs. Convenient place between mall and convention center and rooms were okay. We stayed in an Ocean View room but it really was “ocean partial view”."

There was no body wash in the dispenser. There were four of us staying in the room yet there was only two sets of towels in the bathroom. "It’s a very nice hotel. Check-in was smooth, which was a huge help. Since we were on a lower floor above the pool bar, we could hear various noises, and the view would have been better from a higher floor. The bathroom was spacious, and it was convenient that the shower and bathtub were separate. The bed and amenities were also excellent."

"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features.
