"The property was well kept, very clean, very nice staff. We had a pool view which was beautiful & you can see the ocean/mountains from there. The view was beautiful! The room was nice however the jets in the tub didn’t work. I was a bit disappointed about that because that was 50% why I booked the room however being right in front of the pool made up for it. "The Staff had a lot of attitude and did not want to provide service. I was locked out of my room, as the locked was broken. I got the run around for almost a full day. No one wanted to take ownership and resolve the issue. The water activities staff showed up an hour late every day, and he gave me attitude when I asked to use the kayak.
