This was a great experience for my family. We were traveling with our newborn daughter and the resort and staff were very accommodating. Antionette our Expedia staff at the resort was very helpful and responsive to us. She help with all of our reservations and needs during our stay

Beautiful location and has so much potential but it’s poorly run. Staff doesn’t want to be there and it shows. Not even a Good Morning. Same food everyday, no variety. No availability at restaurants even with diamond club. Total waste of money there. Stray cats and cockroaches at your feet. Pest control lets themselves into your room to spray without knocking. Oh and when you check-in be prepared to wait until way out check-in for your room. Then when you go to your room, you find out that other guests are already accommodating your room. FYI - don’t try to talk to management because they don’t care.

Staff was not nice, place is poorly run. Always out of everything needed to make drinks and couldn’t be bothered. Restaurant staff constantly yelling at guest for moving chairs or silverware to sit with their family. You are done eating before they come to take drink orders or give you water. Diamond club was a joke. Go to Sandals so you can enjoy yourself.

Worst hotel ever, staff was unfriendly. Restaurant had a mental break down if you moved a chair to sit with family. Yelling at people, strays cats and dogs running through dining, cockroaches. And diamond club was the worst waste of money ever.

Staff was very unfriendly, although the hotel was all-inclusive it was also out of everything, no coffee, no mint for mojitos. My son was given a room, with keyed entry - upon opening the door it was another guest’s room. Staff just said oops we put you in wrong room. Hotel had cockroaches. Pest control was constantly letting themselves into your room and spraying, while you were using bathroom or in the shower. Diamond club was a total waste of money. Buffet every night unless you’re willing to eat at 9pm. Same dried out food every night with stray cats and dogs running at your feet. Beautiful location just very poorly run. Don’t waste your money. Casford in the cabanas was great!!

Food was not good. Restaurants you had to stand in line to make a reservation between 10-3. There were three restaurants.. not including the ice cream/ coffee shop that was twice out of ice cream, a sports bar that took an hour to receive your food wit no one in the place, and a buffet that was average at best. Out of the three other restaurants, the Italian place was good others not so much! Drinks were ok. Entertainment was ok. Staff was ok.not much of a beach… handles coming off on all bathroom hooks in both rooms we stayed at. Two small elevators that were mostly full .// u decide:) Atm was out of service .. two small stores were out of stomach medicine ./

I had high hopes for a welcoming and hospitable experience at this resort, but unfortunately, the staff seemed more preoccupied with cleaning than with being friendly and approachable. The food was decent, but I would appreciate more variety. The drinks were also lacking in quality. Perhaps there are unhappy employees, as the customer service could definitely use improvement. On the bright side, the beach was probably the best part of the resort.

Positive Feedback: -The natural surroundings were beautiful, with a clean beach and clear water. -The wristband room key was convenient and easy to use. -The location is close to Fort Barrington, which was a nice advantage. -The Italian restaurant and steakhouse both offered delicious food. -The Antigua night show and the International night were the best. -Antoinette from guest services was very kind and helpful—she assisted with our room change and ensured our needs were met. Negative Feedback: -The overall hospitality lacked warmth from the moment of arrival. -Front desk service was very slow, and staff appeared to lack sufficient knowledge. -Staff were often inconsiderate of guest needs and concerns. -Some front desk employees displayed a poor attitude, with no friendliness or empathy. -The lobby was very small relative to the number of guests, with too few staff available to assist. -The stage location was poorly planned, requiring guests to search for a suitable viewing spot. -The buffet offered limited variety. Overall Experience: Customer service is our top priority when choosing a resort, and unfortunately, this aspect was disappointing. As a result, we would not return or recommend this property to family and friends.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your establishment. While I was impressed with the selection and service at the bar, as well as the excellent service provided by the room service staff, the dining room experience did not meet expectations. Specifically, I found the food quality and the level of customer service in the dining area to be unsatisfactory. I hope this feedback is constructive and assists in your ongoing improvements.

Our stay at Royalton Antigua was extremely disappointing. The original room was in poor condition (broken mirror, dirty floors with sand), forcing us to pay an additional $600 to switch rooms. The replacement room was just as bad—the air conditioning was uncontrollable and made the room unbearably cold, and a burst pipe flooded the room overnight. We were also unable to use basic services like the phone, which raised safety concerns. Despite reporting these issues, nothing was properly resolved, and we were even unable to sleep in the room one night. For a stay costing around $3,900 plus $600 extra, this experience was unacceptable.

Property was well kept Room was good but the people that clean the room was a issue like fogetting cups and coffee and clean towels room service the food was always cold Resteraunts were fair except for the sports bar which should be shut down most people were nice and some avt like they are doing you a favor even after you tip them

Arrived at 10AM for check-in, although Many others were provided rooms before 3pm, we were delayed until 3:30Pm, and then provided a room with single bed, when double beds specifically reserved, and requested at check-in. Waited 3 hours for mattress for sofa to be delivered. Dinner reservations made with front desk, and confirmed. Were actually Not made with the restaurant, and again we waited extended period. Hotel is Nice, service was terrible.

We had an amazing time at this resort from being welcomed by Gavin, who assisted us with our luggage as well as a tour of the property prior to getting us to our room. All the staff were very friendly everyone spoke in passing. The gym was incredible several different machines, barbell squat rack, free weights, stairmaster, purell wipes, freshwater, clean towels. They also had yoga option in the mornings. I did not get one mosquito bite the entire trip in which I thoroughly enjoyed. The ONLY slightly negative thing that I can say was the wait time for the food at the restaurants was a little extended, but still tasted good upon its arrival. special shout outs To Mrs. joycelyn who assisted in the cleanliness of our room day to day. Kevin, was a bellman who informed us of different activities happening on and off the resort. Miss Ernestine, who was our waitress in the dining hall, was very attentive. Miss Antoinette helped us book our dinner reservations for every night. The one and only Chesley, such a great vibe, at the swim up bar, made us all different types of beverages, to ensure our satisfaction. He made my mother a specific birthday drink for her 60th that we celebrated, on the 16th. Lionel made sure to keep the drinks coming. Maliki kept us active with the activities by the pool and got my mother to do the water aerobics, they had available daily at 11:30. St. Patrick’s Day they had beautiful decor, balloon arches, scavenger hunt & passed out fun accessories. 10/10

Stunning property, buildings and rooms. The beach is small and the sunbeds on the beach and by the pools are almost on top of each other. For that reason, although it’s a gorgeous property with incredible hospitality, I probably wouldn’t book here again. Unless, I was able to book Diamond. That area seemed to have more personal space.

The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates . The other guests are very friendly and we would recommend this for families with kids or couples .

The beach was beautiful. Water was clear and warm . Many chairs and umbrellas to use , towels were plentiful , staff was super friendly .
