"The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. "The hotel is okay. The room was clean and spacious. However, the pillows were not comfortable, and the breakfast was not good at all. The eggs tasted and smelled artificial, and there were not many food options available. They definitely need to improve the breakfast."

"The hotel is very cute and nice. Small hotel situated on the 1st floor of a residential building. The location is very good closer to everything. If one has heavy bags then one has to carry it by stairs as no elevator. The owners are very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned regularly and very neat."
