"We had an excellent stay! Very close to the Ostia Antica Ruins which is a must do. The room was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed including breakfast. The owners were so accommodating and very nice. Highly recommend this property."

"The room is spotless, the staff was wonderful, it is central relocated where you can have restaurants I would not hesitate to return. The only negative I can say is that is rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator that is something that I would have liked to know but this is a wonderful place and I’m happy that I stayed here. The bed was super comfortable as well"

"An incredible end to our Italy trip! Relaxing and peaceful. Just so you are aware children under 4 cannot really enjoy any of the accommodations. But for adults it is fabulous!!!! Definitely would recommend to wrap up your visit!"

"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "
