"Wonderful quiet, comfortable and well-appointed guest inn just minutes from Leonardo daVinci airport yet in a very quiet neighborhood. A short walk across the Tiber are many restaurants and Seconda Riva was excellent. Hosts made sure I was comfortable and got my bearings. Definitely would stay here again."

I sent a message to the host I was arriving and she said I had failed to provide the passports and would not be allowed to enter the property without sending them, which she requested only via WhatsApp. A secure link was never sent to send travel documentation.
