"Great staff Excellent breakfast "

"Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"Beautiful hotel. Lovely room, helpful staff, beautiful rooftop and delicious breakfast. Very conveniently located. The only problem we had was the air conditioning. It wouldn’t turn off one evening and was noisy. Whebn I raised this matter, it was turned off for the duration of our stay which was fine. We had a great stay!"

"I would have given it 5 stars because it was a lovely hotel, but we had an incident with the lady at the front desk. We didn't have a chance to take a picture of us in front of the hotel when we arrived, so we got it the next day. Apparently the lady at the desk didn't recognize us when we sat in front of the doors to take a picture. She came to the door and basically told us that we were blocking the door. "What an amazing finish to our European vacation! This hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a great location. It is a beautiful boutique hotel. Safe and walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and a little further but walkable (30 min) the Colosseum. "Unser Zimmer war für zwei Personen zu klein, und es gab kaum Platz für die Koffer. Ein kleiner, leicht zu übersehender Absatz führte ins Zimmer, sodass man schnell darüber stolpern konnte. Die Lage ist jedoch sehr gut und zentral, das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber."
