"What a gem! The staff were so communicative and friendly, they accommodated my sudden accessibility needs (I broke my foot two days prior) with such kindness, and the breakfast was a good spread (pastries, cereals, cakes, coffee made to order)! The building is beautiful and on a quiet street but still walkable to restaurants and train station. We were able to order sprtizes on arrival which was also lovely! The staff helped us with a last-minute dinner reservation as well which was wonderful."

"The room was spacious and could accomodate a family of 4 as it had a double bed and bunk beds. The bed was comfortable and the pillows firm. Aircon worked well and was pretty quiet. Everything was very clean. Good shower with shower gel/shampoo provided, plenty of generously sized clean towels. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice of bread products, cakes, cereal, charcuterie and cheese. Lucia was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Would recommend"

Also the entry system was very efficient with no bother about keys. The whole hotel was beautifully kept and everything clean. We had a lovely room over looking the square."
