"The hotel is in a good area. Very convenient and everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was very thoughtful to hand out sweet treats during our stay because it's Christmas. The room itself was well designed and very cozy; however our room in particular had some defects: the bathroom door doesn't close and the coffee machine doesn't work well, but these things aren't major so we can overlook. I would recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Salzburg. "

"Went for the Christmas Market and I was given a corner room facing the mountains and it was wonderful. It's not far from the train station and Starbucks and still walking distance from the shopping district. The bed was very comfortable as well"

"The room was modern, roomy, bright, and functional. The on site laundry and luggage storage lockers are also nice add on amenities. Communication was smooth and quick despite of no on site staff."

Would have liked a place to microwave things as a staff member in the restaurant did not want to microwave something for me, even though I was directed to do so the day before when I inquired about microwave options. Other than that, the hotel has perfect and you the location so convenient to the train station and mall. "

"Hotel staff were really helpful and so friendly. Family room was plenty big enough and the buffet breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice. We also had a lunch and evening meal at the restaurant during our stay and again excellent. Good location, only 2 minute walk to river and 15 minute walk to old town"

Charming hotel with a superb location - short walks from central train station; to Hohensalzburg Fortress and everything else in between! Spacious room and beds. We also felt very at home with the coffee/tea lounge and bar with comfy seating which were really nice."
