"Loved the huge beautiful loft! Fantastic accommodation with small kitchen, fridge, kettle and safe. Had 2 extra smaller bedrooms perfect for children and big comfy furniture. 2 minute walk to bus stop and Mirabel Gardens. 5 minute walk to Old Town. Lots of places to eat on the same street or one street away. Check in across the street and with electronic codes was very easy so don't have to carry any keys. "Beautiful hotel, newly renovated a few years ago. Staff very helpful went out of their way. Breakfast excellent! Minibars stocked with water, beer, juice and snacks and replenished daily. "The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property. Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay"

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and it is Ulrich who made the visit so memorable. Right from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and that your comfort matters. She truly cares about her guests and goes out of the way to help if needed. The rooms are bright, colorful and spacious. Location is very convenient .
