"Reserved a Luxury King (larger room with workspace) and was instead given a smaller Classic King with no desk—a completely different room category. I raised the issue at the front desk the same night. Staff were polite, but the hotel couldn’t resolve it. Ended up leaving and booking another hotel at significant additional cost. Disappointing that a reservation can be confirmed but not honored, and then still treated as “non-refundable.” "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had a nice side view to the river, not a full view. Bed squeaked a bit and the shower leaked, both not huge deals but should be addressed. Would stay here again."
