"Clean room, great location, not very responsive staff. We asked the pullout be to be made up and they did not do that. Also asked for extra pillows for the pullout bed, was told after two calls that they were out of extra pillows. "

"The room was small and clean. My room didn't have a refrigerator and only a tiny closet for my clothes and belongings. The breakfast bagels were extremely fresh although there is a small wait to toast your bagels. It is easy and effective maintaining a comfortable room temperature. Be aware, there is a $30US "destination fee" that wasn't included in the booking. It was a substantial addition such that if I knew of it beforehand I would have booked a stay in a similarly priced hotel mid-town. That fee I was told covered wifi(!), breakfast, and an all you can drink wine bar that had zero attraction for me because of this fee I wouldn't stay there again."
