"Lovely couple of nights as always. Spotlessly clean, great friendly staff and fab breakfast. Plenty of parking and safe fenced grassy area for the dogs or just to sit and relax. Would definitely recommend."

"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."

"Budget hotel, but clean room, clean sheets and a walk in shower, great for an overnight stay. Free parking right outside, what more do you want?"

"Where to start, it was cheaper than most places in Newcastle but still wasn't worth what we paid. No air-conditioning, the kitchen drain smelled terrible, the toilet leaked, there were toenails in the bathroom, originally put in a two bedded room when there was 3 of us, very hot stuffy room, unable to open window properly as there was a chain lock preventing us. Beds were clean and fairly comfy."
