"Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right."

"Room was adequate, sadly it left a lot to be desired regarding cleanliness. The bottom of the inside of the wardrobe was thick with dust, as was the dressing table unit. One of the cups supplied for coffee hadn’t been washed properly. Although there was tea and coffee supplied there was no milk. "What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything. Friendly enough staff, but clueless. I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down. The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged...

"The room was very spacious with all amenities needed available in the room. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"
