However, the best part was when I desperately needed to work and print some documents ready for a presentation, I was having a terrible time getting everything to work. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. "Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

The entire property was very well decorated and the stay was really quiet. The property is also very close to the train station and local pubs and takeaway. We will be staying again"
