"Beautiful townhouse, it was spacious, bright and clean; it’s a bit off the beaten path but easy to get to and from via grab, and that meant it was in a quiet and serene spot. The staff were very friendly, super responsive and helpful, we only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"This property was perfect for quietness, with only the sounds of the birdlife. Every morning at 6am there was chanting sounds for five minutes. For me, the other all condition of the property was adequate, if you can overlook the minor repair works that were needed, sweet! I had a villa with a pool, the A/C worked fine & the pool was refreshing to jump into after a long day of adventures. Breakfast was included in my package, very basic, but enough. "I had a disappointing experience with Expedia and the villa listed on their platform. This villa was advertised as being near downtown Ubud, but in reality, it was located far out in the countryside, nowhere close to the city. This false advertisement caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since there was no taxi service available for pickup or transportation. "We enjoyed every moment of 6 day stay in this 2 bedroom villa. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when we arrived earlier than expected they gave us access to a smaller room to rest up until our room was ready . The room service menu options were delicious. The villa was beautiful!!!! I wish the jacuzzi got hot but i guess it wasn’t mean to be a jacuzzi lol So don’t be too surprised that it’s the same temperature as the pool. Many other reviews mentioned the bugs, lizards ,...

"Great new suites but due to the harvest time of rice fields there were rats and mice everywhere, including in the room, the staff were so apologetic and went well out of there way to catch them and blocking the roof holes. no fault of the resort and they really tried hard to please"
