Needed to ask for coffee sachets and white towels were not hotel soft or white but not stained but just dull and hard."

"Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "
