"Absolutely amazing experience. It didn't start off great. In fact, they stuffed up with a couple of things with my wife's birthday surprise and spa booking but they made up for it in ways I cannot even express. It was a delightful experience after day 1. We were there for a week and every single day felt special. Every staff member at the property makes you feel special and are very warm and courteous. "Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future."

"We had a lovely two-night stay. The staff were amazing, always friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful, and although the property is slightly dated, the facilities were great. The food was excellent and varied each day. Our child loved Ollie’s Club with its fun activities and movies. The pools and private beach were perfect for relaxing, and the staff were so accommodating, even giving us a late checkout and buggy rides when it rained. Overall, a wonderful stay! "
