"We had the best stay - property is amazing. The breakfast buffet was just mind blowing. Staff was incredible and we had a personal contact to arrange things for us. The beach at the hotel was beautiful with nice sand and plenty of lounge space. Goa is very spread out so having a nice hotel as a home base was key. "

"Beach view from villa was obstructed. In general, the property was clean but looked dated,. The main pool area, in particular was kitschy and not commensurate with the star rating and per day charge (average of $700 per night). I had to ask for newspapers everyday and staff didn't ask if I wanted one delivered every morning . "Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down."

"Pleasant hotel but unless you are attending a wedding then little peace and quiet is to be had for the hotel is predominantly geared towards functions and large wedding parties, This results in the beach and water being rammed with jet skis and groups queuing to ride on banana boats.The resultant daily noice from the boats and jet skis together with the stench of petrol and the fim of benzene on the water makes it nigh impossible during the day to avail yourselves of the beach.
