Chaha was extremely sweet, polite, and caring in her behaviour, which made me and My Wife feel so comfortable. Dhiran was also very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. "Ankom 03.01.25 og blev modtaget fantastisk venligt, og fik straks hjælp til at få kufferterne på 1. sal. Personalet var hele tiden meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på, om der var noget, vi manglede, eller som ikke var i orden. Alt var bare helt OK, der var daglig rengøring og den aftalte morgenmad var dagligt på Ocean Grill i stueetagen. Den 14. januar brækkede Lars desværre foden, og var nødt til at blive på værelset efter endt hospitals behandling og indtil lægeordineret hjemrejse kunne foregå....
"Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "
