"Great location! 25 mins outside of downtown Boston Staff are friendly and helpful. You can walk to gas station, CVS and hooters for a bite. Best wings!!!! Rooms are clean, beds pillows all comfy! Free breakfast is also great value for the price you pay for this hotel. Would definatly come again. Holiday inn express is always my go to if it’s available in my area of travel. "

"Breakfast is very good snd fresh and on time. I would suggest to have somw sort of eggs. I found out there are no eggs when i checked in and asked anout breakfast choices. But every morning people were asking for them. Sausage without eggs ua a bit strange. "

"Unfortunately, when I booked this hotel, I was not notified that they were under construction until almost a week later. In addition to that, we were assured that the construction would not interrupt our stay. Not only did we not have access to the amenities that were the reason we booked the hotel, but we also did not have access to a decent breakfast in the morning. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back again. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out,especially Raja, who was excellent throughout our stay. He was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We really enjoyed the hotel amenities, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. "The best part of the stay was front desk guy Oscar. So helpful, so industrious, answering phone calls checking people in responding to guest texts, he remembered my name about airport shuttle pickups, so friendly and professional. I was disappointed that I had to call an Uber to go to the airport as the shuttle only starts running at 5am which isn't early enough to make a 7am flight. 😔. But 5 stars for Oscar!! "
