"This was a great value for money on the outskirts of downtown Boston. They also have nice clean rooms, linens, and great shower. Breakfast are always good at Holiday Inn Express. Nice place for an overnight if you just need a place to sleep and have bfast."

"Very comfortable, very convenient hotel. I was visiting for work so I didn't really do anything at the hotel except sleep, but my room was very comfortable. The person who ran the front desk every night was just about the hardest working person I've ever seen in my life and I think she was the only person working one night, but she still managed to have a positive attitude."

"The hotel is under renovations and it does not tell you that anywhere before booking. The AC was effected because of this. The pool and public restrooms in the lobby were closed because of it. The lobby is torn up due to the renovations. The outside of the building was a mess due to the renovations. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car because of the outside work. "Don’t stay here until their renovations are finished. There is no AC on the main and second floors. When our AC stopped working in our room, we told the front desk and nothing was done. It wasn’t until we randomly were asked by the maintenance manager how things were going that we actually got help. It’s because of him I’m giving this property 2 stars. Twice when our room was “cleaned” they did the bare minimum and didn’t even empty garbages. Would not stay here again."

"Signs were posted in the parking lot that the Police dept. surveil the area. Black bait traps were found in my hotel room. Puddles on the floors weren't immediately cleaned up. I nearly slipped on them. I had to wait for 17 minutes to be checked into my room. The wall are very thin and I could hear my neighbors talking."

"The staff were incredibly nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was not great. But you definitely don’t have to go hungry. Pool was pretty comically small but fortunately that wasn’t very important to us this trip."
