"We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. "Room Florence was beautiful!! The ceilings must have been 20 feet high. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I’m used to seeing on Expedia if the room had no windows on the main page. I quickly glanced at the pictures and didn’t catch it was windowless. The main concern was not setting an alarm so had no point of reference what time it was by lighting. "We really loved our stay at the hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was very clean and quiet . The parking that is available as an additional option was very convenient and close to the hotel. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and it was a nice touch to make the liberty bell waffles. "Clean, modern and stylish. The staff was also very nice and helpful, especially Christie and Caydie at breakfast. My only complaint would be that while our towels were changed and bathroom was cleaned everyday, our beds weren’t made everyday. It was a very good stay, however and I will return."

"We stayed here one night for a day to while visiting New York. The hotel was fantastic and the location perfect. Really close to all of the main tourist spots. The bed was so comfortable as was the whole room. There was free coffee in the room. We loved the bar and restaurant in the lobby and even stayed in for dinner there. "

"This was our first time staying at Elements downtown and we absolutely LOVED it! The room was spacious and clean and the location was PERFECT for us to see/do everything we wanted to in Philly! Not to mention, the complimentary breakfast was made hot and fresh every morning while also offering plenty of options for things to choose from! Both my husband and I agree that this was one of the BEST hotels we have ever stayed at and we would recommend this place to everyone! "
