The only downside is it isn't very accessible for those with physical disabilities. That was not a concern for us, you should know before booking."

"This hotel was a last minute need as our Air BNB in Philadelphia was not accessible due to complications with the power to the door lock. We booked this hotel on a Saturday night with only two rooms left. Ciara, who checked us in, was amazing and made us feel at ease after a stressful few hours not know where we were going to sleep that night. The decor was amazing- mid century modern and very clean. "We loved our stay in this beautiful B&B. The location was perfect for exploring Philadelphia. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely continental buffet with plenty of variety. We had only one small nitpick when our television did not work, but that did not detract from our stay. We highly recommend La Reserve."

"The rooms are impeccable, mini fridge actually keeps things cold. Filtered water is is every room, amazing. Love that breakfast is included and weekday happy hour is fun! Did not love that you have to go the second floor to enter the lobby. So meeting friends or colleagues is a step more difficult. But overall a good place! "

"Our stay was pretty good. no big complaints, we were literally there for one night we left at 4:00 a.m. the staff was friendly, there were no wine glasses in our room so I called the front desk and ask for glasses, they brought it up super fast I appreciated that. The room was clean.the only issue was that the oven doesn't stay seal so you continuously have to hold it in order for it to to bake. The record player doesn't work but overall everything was up to par. Thanks I'll definitely stay...
