Great space and location!

This apartment was so conveniently located in the old city, we did not need a car the entire time we were visiting! The beds were comfortable, and the space was very open and welcoming. The perfect place to land at the end of a day of exploring.

Such a cute place to stay with an excellent location in Old City. Everything was within walking distance, the building was immaculately clean, and the unit itself was adorable. the only downside would be parking, but we didnt need to park so no complaints there.

A very nice space in a very good location BUT an extremely onerous sign in system that takes a good hour, a very large deposit even for returning guests, and no directions on how to use the tv. One doesn’t outweigh the others. Not sure I will use again

Great apartment!!

The apartment was bright and modern and clean. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly when I had questions. It’s in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and many of the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend!!

This is the absolute best place to stay if you are looking to be in Philly for a few days. The space was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need. The pillows in the bed were the best I’ve ever had. The area is safe and you are close to so much.

Studio apartment in a walkable location. Was very comfortable and I appreciated the washer and dryer. Parking during the day is tricky if you stay in past 8am, but easy enough to find a spot in the evening.

Hotel has potential, but still a work in progress.

In from out of state to visit friends and family. Hotel is very convenient to a part of Center City Philadelphia that is very vibrant, with great shopping and restaurants! Issue I had was that my hotel room was not ready at check-in as it was not yet cleaned. We had to drive around for an hour and a half before we were able to check in - barely made our scheduled dinner on time. Facility offered inadequate consideration for our inconvenience, even though hotel would have charged a meaningful penalty if we check in early or he led out late. Unit we were assigned was in the basement - as such, no windows. No parking offered, which would have been convenient. I parked my car 1 1/2 blocks away for about $35/day.

Customer service was on point and did take care of me not only that they upgraded my stay but as far as the place itself, I couldn’t even get in the door and they couldn’t find Maintenance to get me in the door so I had to go to a different one all the way across town

This is a really comfortable, relaxing, well appointed property. But come on- - worn the people who are there for medical procedures that there was No Elevator! I thought I was gonna pass out, but I made it to that 6th floor! The only other negative is the parking issue. Since, I am not very ambulatory, walking for a parking spot is rough. If we can get the balcony rooms, we will stay there again. If we get dates, your property would make a great home base.

Beautiful space in my favorite area with easy code access. The cleanliness was questionable though... there were what looked like makeup or self tanner hand prints and smears in the bathroom, big dust bunnys in the closet, tape on the beautiful glass doors which I am assuming was from the last guest handing things and even dried buggers in on the wallpaper above the bedroom in the main area. The hot water wasn't strong enough as it ran out twice while showering as well. For the price being charged I just left feeling disappointed in the upkeep which took away from the experience. Also there seems to be some sort of humming in the unit almost the entire stay which sounded like a neighbor was using a sander or something which I could tune out in the front but my guest in the back found extremely annoying which I felt like was worth noting.
