"The best resort experience in every possible way. The rooms are lovely, the grounds are pretty, the pools are relaxing, and the food is top shelf (every single meal was a standout). But what really makes Zadún shine is the service. Everyone is beyond pleasant, cheerful, helpful, accommodating and caring. They do go out of their way to make any special celebrations noteworthy. I cannot say enough, or find enough properly effusive adjectives, to give the staff and resulting atmosphere due credit....

"We enjoyed everything about this resort. Starting with the lobster dinner on the beach (extra charge) but well worth it. Enrique our waiter was fantastic. We found him the next night at the hibachi restaurant and asked for him. Food selection was better than most all-inclusives we have been to. Would recommend this to anyone."

"High points: Staff courtesy and helpfulness was exceptional. We found it easy to get golf cart transport on request. Air conditioning worked well throughout the property. Beds, linens, towels, and dishes in the suite were all high quality. We slept well and the room was quiet. We especially loved the food at Rosato (Italian). All food was good with wide variety. Also recommend the Grill casual lunch place by the pool. Pools were nice and included one with a shallow entrance for little...
