Hotel Dekat Tanger Outlets Grand Rapids

"This hotel is one of the very best we have stayed at. We loved it. The receptionist and breakfast staff were friendly and very helpful. We selected it for location and pet friendly status. We brought our puppy along and everything worked out great. We would stay at this hotel again anytime."

"Checked into hotel paid, got key/room, Then was told no running water, no showers, toilets, etc. available. Said problem would be fixed, but might be hours. I asked where there was a location to go to use a restroom..said up to us to find a place! Confused I spoke with some guests there and was informed water had been off whole day prior and during the night and still off when we checked in. Returned to desk for refund, was asked for what reason !! SERIOUSLY checking us in before telling us no...

"My kids really liked the indoor/outdoor pool and we enjoyed the excellent dinner and breakfast. Our room was a nice large size and offered privacy between the two areas. The room had a faint smoke smell which transferred to our packed clothing."
