If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when...

"Reserved a jetted tub room, but didn't get it, said none were avaliable. Floor in the room was not cleaned. Workout room and the pool were closed. Stayed here before and it was much better, very disappointed this time around, not sure I'd go back."

"Our first room had a sink leak; the hotel changed our room, thankfully.. but our second room had a broken bath tub that was not draining, was detached from the wall and under flooded and was flooding the floors.
