"I reserved two rooms and was charged for both before we checked in. When we arrived at the hotel, one reservation had been canceled for some reason. Took about a half hour to correct the cancellation. Not sure why this happened. "

"I have stayed at several hotels along this stretch to catch early morning flights, and will not stay here again. The tub was broken, the shower had only cold water, and the free shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked here in the first place under the understanding they had one, only occurs 7am-10am. An Uber had to be called to catch my flight out."
