"When we arrived the outdoor trash can was overflowing and garbage was blowing around the parking lot. We walked in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell and after several minutes someone finally came to check us in. She was less than friendly. Got into our room and the cleaning staff left everything to be desired. The furniture was dusty and the metal plate that the bedside light fixtures were attached to had crusty finger prints around the light switches. The bathroom...

"Clean and quiet.very close to restaurants. i wish they would change towels daily.great pricing, quick nice breakfast Disappointed they ran out of ham at the breakfast bar. The lady before me asked for refills and then proceeded to take all but one piece. Seriously? Who does that? I asked for more and was told they were out."

"Very well kept, staff always cleaning and it smelled nice like cleaning staff added some nice scents to rooms and hallways. Appreciated that we could actually use the pull out coach - it was nice and clean. All other hotel experiences we have had in the past we could never use pullout because it was dirty and nasty like never cleaned. But this place you can tell cleaning was a priority! Really quiet which was surprising for a weekend holiday stay. Kids enjoyed pool. Very spacious room."

"The night staff was very helpful, internet was down and she did what she could as far as checking us in but the following morning the staff started calling our room at 7:45 a.m to check us in for the following night. We had been up the night before due to a medical issue in our family, and felt the phone call could’ve waited until later? "We liked the location and the home was clean however check in was not til 4 which is later than any property we have stayed in and out earliest. And there is an extra fee for every hour. When we requested esrly check in, we did not receive a responseand could not get instructions early eitherso by the time we could access them, we didntsignal wEarl"

"There was no hot water and when I addressed it with the manager, he said yeah that the tank was only running at 40% capacity and that it was going to be fixed later on in the week. Didn’t offer to discount my room disappointing"

"The room was not bad, beds weren’t very comfortable, but the staff accommodated my needs. Everything is pretty dated but the price point reflects that. No pool or breakfast due to construction. The toilet had a ring that led me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned/ used in a while it was some type of sediment but overall not bad for the price."

"This hotel was so dirty. We had long black hair in the sink (my husband and I are blondes) Looked like blood marks on our wall. The hallways carpet was dirty and everything smelled. Wish we could have continued our trip instead of staying there. Total waste of money. The most disgusted hotel I have ever stayed at."
