"The staff were amazing. I had altitude sickness and one of the owners quickly provided me with water and cocoa tea. The owners have a baby there and it felt very family friendly. He was very cute. My room had a great comfortable bed and the shower was great. There is the sound of running water as it is by a river but i found it calming to sleep to. Amazing place, would stay here 10/10!"

"My mom and I were in this hotel for almost 3 weeks and we enjoyed every little minute of out stay. People were very friendly and my special thank you goes to Angel. He works in the restaurant of the Hotel, every morning was a pleasure seen his smile and energy. He is a super employee. Location is the best. It was always super clean. "La atención del personal es excelente, el lugar está limpio, es súper agradable que incluye desayuno y cena y la calle es linda; sin embargo, la comida es muy mala, me cayó muy mal la cena la primera noche y deje de consumir en el lugar. Nuestro último día estaba sin funcionar el ascensor, y quisimos tener check out tardío y por dos horas más eran ~100 USD, me pareció algo excesivo."
