"The clearest thing I can say about the staff at this hotel is that they have it down. I arrived early, they handled the paperwork, grabbed my bags and sent me on my way with a promise to notify me if my room was available early. "Where to start? The room was amazing! Clean, pretty, quiet... the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was so nice and clean; and the food was very good: fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, etc. But the true star is the staff. EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful. I didn't feel well one night and Don Luis got me tea to our room and offered to go to the pharmacy for me. He was soo nice. "

"Facilities were great but service was fantastic. Staff was incredibly accommodating. They let us check in several hours early and provided us breakfast out first day in Cusco. We left the hotel between 4-6am everyday and made sure to have a breakfast to go ready when we left. Was initially concerned about the location (about 35min walk from the town square) but Ubers were easy to get only 7PEN (about 3 CAD). Highly recommend, true hospitality. "
