"We were very disappointed that the staff took so much time to tone down some noisy neighbors who were having a day long birthday party in the center of the complex. Since the management was not on site, I had to call three times for them to come to the property. I was on the verge of calling 311. Management needs to have an onsite presence."

"This place was a dump. The personnel checking me in was drunk. It was a late booking due to cancelled flight and no way to get a hold of management to check-in… the voicemail box was full. I had to roam the property hoping to find an employee and he was able to reach the drunk manager via a mutual friend. A 40 minute nightmare only to be let into a total dump."
