"This was our second time staying here & we enjoyed another great stay. The environment is lovely; modern, clean & upscale. Rooms are well maintained & spacious. Our housekeeping person Leesha (or Leica?) was very good & always friendly. We had amazing waitstaff every morning a Harvest Bistro where they have a delicious breakfast buffet. We also had the same memorable/great waiter 9 years ago, Rocky who was equally wonderful. Enjoyed lunch poolside with Israel who was great too & the pool here is awesome. Close to parks, great big lobby with lots going on & a delicious convenience eatery to get grab & go stuff that is reasonably priced. Would highly recommend! "

"Easy check in. Rooms are super clean stocked with towels etc. There is an added daily fee for parking. So much to do at this resort from the pools to the activities. Food is great too. Centrally located close to all the parks in Orlando. We would definitely come back. "

"Our room was great. We got a king room with the bunk beds. Plenty of room and space for the four of us. The pools were slammed packed. Not enough chairs to sit. We went to 3 different pools and it was the same way. The lazy rivers were so full the kids barely moved. You had to go down to the pool by 8:30 to “reserve a chair,” although the signs indicate no seat saving. We only visited one bar/restaurant and that was enough. We went to the restaurant/bar closest to the main building. We waited 25 minutes to get our ticket and that’s after we had to ask another server to get it for us. We had to ask a different server to put the food order for our kids. Victor paid us no attention. No refills, the server took our order and never came back. We had full intentions to sit and have drinks while our kids swam but after the lack of service we left. Same thing the next day. We needed a cup of ice and planned to buy a couple of drinks at the bar and there were about 20 people waiting on drinks. Not even worth the time. I walked to our room and got drinks. Kids were playing with a ball in turf beside the pool and a worked came and yelled at them for doing so and yelled at kids in the pool for passing a ball. They weren’t in the way of anyone but grandma got to throw the ball with the grandkids? I really wanted to love Bonnett Creek but I just couldn’t. It was just overcrowded to enjoy the amenities and was not what we expected. They seemed to be short staffed."

"Great location! Great amenities! We love this place! Easy walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios and has several pools and activity games for family to play! Great for family! "

"The hotel provides shuttle facilities to Disney parks, which is an additional asset. The hotel was clean, the staff is polite and the rooms were well maintained. Only if the hotel could have water bottles in the rooms for the guests that will be amazing as the hotel doesn’t have it and these need to be purchased."

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
