"Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "

"Freaking amazing hotel. Out of the world experience. Service was top notch from a tall hot butler welcoming us at the door and helping with bags, to the ever friendly receptionists, to amazing house keeping staff who kept our rooms clean every day, to breakfast room staff… everything was perfect! This stay is nothing short of amazing and every staff went above and beyond in all areas. The rooms were another level.. clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully replenished day by day… they took care of my family, including my aged grandma, so well the entire stay. No request is ever too much or too hard.
