"hotels.com 提供的房間相片, 和現場入住的房間相差很大, 存在超級誤導.
我預訂時看到的相片是一房一廳的大床房. 而入住時酒店表明只是訂了大床一張的房間. 綱頁顯示的相片是套房. 我即時打電話給hotels.com, 得到的回復是相片由酒店提供, 不是他們的責任. 酒店 回應曾有客人一樣的情況, 已向hotels.com反應, 但hotels.com 沒有更正相片, 所以不是酒店問題, 不能提供此套房住宿, 只能提升豪華房. 超級無耐! 如果不是因為套房, 我不會選擇此偏遠的住宿!

"房間還蠻大的，但是煙味太重了…附近生活也很方便…飯店附近還有一間麥當勞，下呂厝地鐵出來有一間seven跟羅森，其實是挺方便的..如果煙味能改善就更好了…"
